dc.description.abstractThis article presents an overview of cases of administrative guidance Japan 's Ministry ofInternational Trade and Industry along with Ministry of Finance applied in hi-tech companies after World War II. First (point I) I will examine the role offinancial promotion, then (point 2) I will discuss consequences of protecting ineffective companies and later (point 3,4,5) I will analyse the role of cartels in development of hi-technology. The conclusion is that the role ofthe state in this area was limited.pl_PL
