О специфике новообразований в произведениях Владимира Маяковского

Abstract

Texts by Vladimir Mayakovsky can be easily described as being under the specific pressure of neologisms. They become active participants in the poetic game and frequently play essential role as mediums of humorous and satiric semantics. Introducing them to the structure of a text makes it possible for the poet to achieve a special result - exceptional expression and explicitness of a word. The objective of the article is to analyse structural as well as semantic features of neologisms acting in the poems 150 OOO OOO and lzobr'etatelskaya semidnevka. In these texts, neologisms are presented in unconventional semantic perspective, even though they fulfil the traditional models in respect of word-formation - affixal and non-affixal, with the prevalence of compound words.
