Obrót gruntami w aglomeracji poznańskiej
Streszczenie
The article seeks to identify processes occurring on the market of building-free land
in the Poznań Region. A detailed analysis is made of both, the volume of land turnover,
i.e. the number of transactions concluded and the land area sold, and its value. Also
studied is the structure of the turnover by function assigned to the given plot of land in
local development plans. Special attention is paid to the spatial distribution of prices of
unbuilt residential land. The study embraces 17 communes of Poznań poviat. The data
that provided the basis for the analysis are primary and cover the years 2008–2009.
