Streszczenie
The article discusses the regional policy of supporting human capital development pursued by the Italian region of Tuscany. The first part of the article presents the level of regional indicators of human capital development on the background of Italy and the European Union. Then author concentrates on discussing the goals of human capital development and regional implementation system in this matter. The article ends with a presentation of good practices developed by the Tuscany in supporting human resource development.
