Bilateral Relations Index: Data for analysis of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the USA-China rivalry (dataset)

Abstract

The dataset includes quantitative data on the bilateral relationship between Russia and Ukraine, the USA and China, and their respective relations with world's global and middle powers as per the Global Power Index: China, India, Japan, the United States, Germany, France, Russia, and the United Kingdom, calculated under the framework of the Bilateral Relations Index project.
