| dc.description | The indicators used in the index, with their respective weights in parentheses, are as follows: engagement in a military conflict (4,91), arms transfer and sales (3,55), political-military alliances (4,06), sanctions (4,36), diplomatic rupture (4,43), preferential trade agreements (3,88), UN voting coincidence (3,03), foreign visits by heads of states and governments (4,12). The data was derived from the UCDP Dyadic Dataset (Davies et al., 2025), SIPRI Arms Transfers Database (SIPRI, n.d.), Correlates of War Formal Interstate Alliance Dataset (Gibler, 2009), Global Sanctions Database (Felbermayr et al., 2020), Diplometrics Diplomatic Representation dataset (Moyer et al., 2022) and the Correlates of War Diplomatic Exchange dataset (Bayer, 2006), WTO Regional Trade Agreements Database (WTO, n.d.), UNGA Coincidence Scores as Time Series (PardeeCenterIFs, n.d.), and Country & Organization Leader Travel database (Moyer et al., 2025). For indicators regarding diplomatic raptures, manual coding was required based on available data. For several indicators, additional weights were applied to differentiate varying intensities. | pl_PL |
