Enoturystyka w województwie śląskim jako nieoczywista gra możliwości

Abstract

W artykule zidentyfikowano możliwości rozwoju enoturystyki na obszarze zurbanizowanego województwa śląskiego. Przyjęto założenie, że choć województwo śląskie nie jest regionem powszechnie kojarzonym z intensywną działalnością winiarską, w przeciwieństwie do innych polskich obszarów o ugruntowanej pozycji w turystyce winiarskiej, to jednak taka forma działalności ma szansę na ukształtowanie się w tym regionie. Obserwowany wzrost liczby winnic na badanym terenie implikuje potencjał rozwoju lokalnego winiarstwa, nawet w warunkach silnej urbanizacji. Rozpowszechnianie upraw winorośli oraz wzrost liczby winnic uprawnia do przyjęcia założenia, że na terenie województwa śląskiego rozwija się winoogrodnictwo, stanowiące podstawę rozwoju enoturystyki. W badaniach wykorzystano triangulację metod i technik badań poprzez zastosowanie analizy danych zastanych (metody desk research) oraz analizy danych ilościowych i jakościowych, udostępnionych przez Krajowy Ośrodek Wsparcia Rolnictwa, dokumentów źródłowych i portali internetowych dotyczących badanych winnic oraz szlaków enoturystycznych, Geoportalu oraz telefonicznych wywiadów bezpośrednich.

The article identifies opportunities for the development of eno-tourism in the urbanized area of the Silesian Voivodeship. It is assumed that although the Silesian Voivodeship is not a region commonly associated with intensive viticultural activity, unlike other Polish areas with an established position in wine tourism, this activity nevertheless has the potential to develop. The observed increase in the number of vineyards in this area implies a growing potential for the development of local viticulture, even under conditions of strong urbanization. The spread of vine cultivation and the increasing number of vineyards therefore justify the assumption that viticulture is developing in the Silesian Voivodeship, providing a foundation for the growth of eno-tourism. The study employed triangulation of research methods and techniques, including desk research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis based on data obtained from the National Support Centre for Agriculture, source documents and websites related to the examined vineyards and eno-tourism routes, as well as the Geoportal and direct telephone interviews.
