The basic issue of the article is problem of equity market in Ukraine. There was carried out the analysis of current situation on the capital market and were shown factors and barriers which have substantial influence on the Ukrainian financial market development. Based on the analysis there were drawn conclusions regarding the equity market improvement and investment atmosphere.
