Streszczenie
Companies, especially life insurers, operating under competitive conditions need loyal
clients. A very important techniques used for building loyalty is appropriate communication
between the insured and insurer. The article presents different kinds of communication
between the insurance contract parties and some factors influencing that. The main aim of
conducted analysis was to answer the question how important is the exchange of information
between insurer and insured/policy holder to continue the insurance contract, building
loyalty with insurers’ clients.
