| dc.description.abstract | Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych wyników walidacji modelu dojrzałości
procesowej, który będzie umożliwiał ocenę poziomu dojrzałości procesowej organizacji. W treści
artykułu syntetycznie omówiono koncepcję dojrzałości procesowej oraz zaprezentowano wyniki
badań dotyczących opracowanego modelu. Przedstawiono charakterystykę próby badawczej
szczegółowe wyniki badań w powiązaniu z konstrukcją modelu oraz wyniki walidacji
z wykorzystaniem statystyki rzetelności (Alfa Cronbacha), której wynik był pozytywny.
W podsumowaniu zaprezentowano również dalsze kierunki badań. | pl_PL |
| dc.description.abstract | The article aims at presenting the results of process maturity model validation. The model
is suitable for the assessment of process maturity level of any organization. The first part of the
article briefly explains the concept of process maturity. The second part presents the results of
research on the outlined process maturity models. The study focuses on the characteristics of the
research sample, detailed results in relation to the model theoretical construct and validation of the
results using reliability statistics (Cronbach's Alpha). In the summary directions for future research
