Specjalne strefy ekonomiczne jako konkurencyjny instrument interwencjonizmu gospodarczego

Abstract

Article describes special economic zones in Poland: rules of establishing them, and condi- tions of permissions, which must be fulfilled by investors who want to start business in special economic zones. Article describes polish law connected with public aid, and connections between amount of received aid and reached investment spending. Author tries to present economical effects of establishing special economic zones, and com- pares special economic zones with private-public partnership. The aim of article was also to show impact of Keynesian economics on Special Economic Zones.
