Slowbalizacja czy deglobalizacja?

Abstract

Das Hauptziel des Artikels besteht darin, den Globalisierungsprozess aufzuzeigen, insbesondere das Phänomen der Slow-Balisierung und De-Globalisierung in der Weltwirtschaft. Auch auf die Zukunft der Globalisierung wurde geachtet. Die Forschung umfasste die Jahre 1970 – 2021. Dies ist im Grunde der gesamte Zeitraum der Entstehung und Entwicklung der modernen Globalisierung. Der KOF-Globalisierungsindex und seine Subindizes wurden verwendet, um den Grad der Globalisierung, Slow-Balisierung und De-Globalisierung zu bestimmen. Die Analyse umfasste die Welt und ihre Regionen gemäß der Einteilung der Weltbank in vier Ländergruppen in Abhängigkeit von der Höhe des Pro-Kopf-Einkommens und sieben geografische Regionen. Der Artikel besteht aus folgenden Teilen: Einleitung, Globalisierung und ihre Messung, der Grad der Globalisierung in der Weltwirtschaft auf lange Sicht, die COVID-19-Pandemie und der Grad der Globalisierung, die Zukunft der Globalisierung und Schlussfolgerungen aus der Forschung.

The main goal of the article is to show the process of globalization, especially the phenomenon of slowbalization and deglobalization in the world economy. Attention was also paid to the future of globalization. The research covered the years 1970–2021. This is basically the entire period of the emergence and development of modern globalization. The KOF Index of Globalization and its sub-indices were used to determine the level of globalization, slowbalization and deglobalization. The analysis covered the world and its regions according to the World Bankʼs division into four groups of countries depending on the level of per capita income and seven regions geographically. The article consists of the following parts: introduction, globalization and its measurement, level of globalization in the world economy in the long term, COVID-19 pandemic and the level of globalization, future of globalization and conclusions.

Głównym celem artykułu jest pokazanie procesu globalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim zjawiska slowbalizacji i deglobalizacji w gospodarce światowej. Zwrócono również uwagę na przyszłość globalizacji. Badaniami objęto lata 1970–2021. Jest to w zasadzie cały okres powstania i rozwoju współczesnej globalizacji. Dla określenia poziomu globalizacji, slowbalizacji i deglobalizacji wykorzystano KOF Index of Globalisation oraz jego subindeksy. Analizą objęto świat oraz jego regiony według podziału Banku Światowego na cztery grupy krajów w zależności od poziomu dochodu per capita oraz siedem regionów w ujęciu geograficznym. Artykuł składa się z następujących części: wstęp, globalizacja oraz jej pomiar, poziom globalizacji w gospodarce światowej w długim okresie, pandemia COVID-19 a poziom globalizacji, przyszłość globalizacji oraz wnioski wynikające z przeprowadzonych badań.
