„Dzielenie się czasem wolnym z uczniem“ czyli o pracy nauczycieli z pasją

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiłam tezę, że kategoria „dzielenia się czasem z uczniem”, „inwestowania swojego czasu” wyeksponowana jest w pracy zawodowej nauczycieli z pasją. Powyższe założenie wyprowadziłam z psychologicznej koncepcji pasji R.J. Vallerand’a i jego współpracowników (Vallerand i in., 2003; Vallerand, 2008, 2010, 2012; Vallerand, Lafrenière, 2011; Mageau, Carpentier, Vallerand, 2011; Bureaui in., 2013; Vallerand, Houlfort, Forest, 2014) oraz koncepcji nauczyciela z pasją R.L. Frieda (1995) i Ch. Daya (2008). Różne wymiary „dzielenia się czasem wolnym z uczniem” zidentyfikowałam w doświadczeniach autobiograficznych nauczycieli pasjonatów, ich uczniów i rodziców uczniów. Analizowane w tekście dane narracyjne zostały zgromadzone w ramach grantu badawczego Talenty XXI wieku.

In the article, my thesis is that the category ‘sharing time with your student’, ‘investing your time’ is exposed in professional work of teachers with passion. The above assumption was carried out from the psychological concept of passion laid down by R.J. Vallerand and his coworkers (Vallerand and others, 2003; Vallerand, 2008, 2010, 2012; Vallerand, Lafrenière, 2011; Mageau, Carpentier, Vallerand, 2011; Bureau et al., 2013; Vallerand, Houlfort, Forest, 2014) and also the concept of a teacher with passion R.L. Fried (1995) and Ch. Day (2008). Various dimensions of ‘sharing free time with the student’ was identified in autobiographical experiences of passionate teachers, their students and students’ parents. Data narration analysed in the text was gathered as part of research grant Talents of 21st century.
