dc.description.abstract | Organizational integration of enterprises means not only a fusion, netger of economic units into temporary or permanent econonic entities (multi-plant enterprises, combines, assnciations partnerships of enterprises, etc.), but also all processes of permanent
or temporary interaction, cooperation, mutual assistance, provision of services, condusting. joint technical undertakings, research and development activities and so an by different economic units. Due to diversity of social needs and conditions of the functioning of enterprises it seems necessary to apply various organization forns and elastic structural solutions in economic units or - in other words - different integration systems of enterprises managed according to modern methods.
These problems constitute a point of departure in the article for detailed presentation of prerequisit s of integration processes, concept and types of integration schemes, their interrelationships, and factors exerting their influence on decisions concerning integration taken in enterprises. | pl_PL |
