The system of bank products distribution in Poland undergoes systematic changes. It is par- ticularly noticeable after the year 2000. Different forms of distribution, i.a. branch distribution, POS distribution, Internet or mobile distribution, developed intensively. However, the level of development is still significantly lower than the average in European Union. Thus, banks are forced to increase in the subsequent years the expenditure on the development of modern distribution forms. Another reason for these expenses are the demographic changes expected in the next 20 years (the increase in the number and participation in the market of customers 65+) and the necessity of gaining additional assets for credits creation.pl_PL
