| dc.description.abstract | The author considers the problem of application of logical analysis to legal relation. The starting point for the analysisis differentiation of basic elements of legal
relations. The author stresses a dynamic content of these elements.
The author points out an usefulness of the system ol fundam ental legal concepts construed by W.N.Hohfeld to express legal dynamics. The author considers the philosophical and methodological background of Hohfeld views, and shows the limitations of such systems which lie mainly in the vague meaning of the concept of power. Then the author analysis this problem. In the final part of the paper the
