Pacjenci kontra lekarze? Ewaluacja jakości usług podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej – studium przypadku

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to present main findings of social research which was carried out in 2012 in one of the communes (NUTS-5 level) in Great Poland. The study refers to the quality of medical services provided by commune’s basic health care units. Research results seem to be important due to the fact that they serve to improve population’s health but also create satisfactory health policy. Key findings not only shed light on the importance of medical services’ users satisfaction but also show how significant it is to improve medical services quality in the context of financial and organizational rules. Finally, the study provides a starting point for an attempt to create monitoring and evaluation system used in Polish basic health care units.
