Streszczenie
Category of ‘effectiveness’ can concern with the HR department activity in the area of labour flexibility process shaping. The role of HR department in this area is quite big, but it is limited mostly by legal norms. It is possible to use the appropriateness and systematic perspectives to define the category of effective shaping of labour flexibility process. This process can be examined using such elements as: efficiency, effectiveness, cost-effectiveness and benefitness. HR department can shapes four main components of labour flexibility, that is: numerical, functional, financial and time flexibility.
