Abstract

The question of innovativeness determinants touches upon a wide spectrum of problems, such as economic, technological and socio-cultural nature. The results of the research indicate the interactive nature of predicators of innovative behavior (formulated as recognizing problems and initiating activities, and generating ideas and implementing them). The most crucial factors of innovative involvement appear to be: the possibility of submitting ideas, unfettered action, promotion, teamwork and working in an experts’ circle, but also taking risks.
