Имитация действия процедуры координации планов соривльно-окономического развития стран-членов СЭВ

Abstract

The studies on application of economic calculus in cooperation between the CMEA countries have allowed to elaborate a procedure of plans coordination. The article describes an attempt at simulation of the functioning of the procedure. Utilizing the linear optimization model, the authors show on an example of six countries how to build mutually balanced optimization plans, as well as a way how to fix optimally prices and exchange rates.
