In the article the problems of level of employees’ job contentment in the selected enterprise are presented. Primary research findings show that the level of job contentment depends mainly on how employees are treated by their supervisors. In the discussed context the vertical relations are more important than horizontal ones. It should be underlined that both types of relations are stronger determinants of level of employees’ job contentment than external relations which play the minor role in this regard.pl_PL
